How do I use MindStill Essence?
MindStill Essence comes in a 15 ml liquid infusion of pure stock strength, hand-bottled flower essences and should be taken after being diluted as below.
DIRECTIONS:
Add 1/4 cup just boiled water to 7 drops. Allow to cool and take 4 - 7 times daily.
One or two drops of the undiluted essence may also be added to the bath tub or applied on the finger to the temples, forehead, throat, inner wrists or ankles. MindStill Essence, like all our Flower and Gem Essences, is a vibrational healing medium and can therefore be introduced to the aura energy field in a variety of ways.
How long until I see results?
Being a flower essence, the effect of this remedy will be felt almost immediately upon taking the first dose. Over the three-month period of the second trimester and with regular use, the soothing and positive properties will be sustained.

Q: I don’t want to take anything that could in any way harm the growth and development of my unborn baby. Is this remedy completely safe to take during pregnancy?
